It is a typical Mumbai apartment converted into a workspace. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway is usually crowded with boxes or delivery guys. Global Travel Solution Pvt.Ltd. isn't some giant travel agency with a storefront on the main road. We work from this quiet flat where we can focus on getting tickets and visas sorted. The sound of the traffic from the main road is always there in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend our days on the phone or clicking away on the keyboards. The office has desks squeezed into every corner to make the most of the space. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is what keeps us going during the busy seasons. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or small businesses nearby. We don't have any glossy magazines or big advertisements. People find us by word of mouth or by seeing our name on the building directory. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively place to work. We don't try to make it look like something it's not. It’s just a hardworking Mumbai office trying to help people get their travel plans in order without any fuss or fancy talk.
