Global Spices

Global Spices is based in Mulund West at No. 304, Om Neelkanth Chs Ltd. We are located inside the Shiv Sristi Complex on G.M Link Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area is. Our office is a bit of a walk up, and it’s usually filled with the sound of traffic from the main road. We handle a lot of different spice varieties here. It’s not a big showroom or anything like that. It is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of sample jars scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on shipments. The complex has a mix of offices and homes, so there is always a lot of activity. We’ve been here long enough that we know the security guards and the other shop owners by name. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep everything organized. The paperwork can be a real headache some days, especially with the international stuff. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. It’s a simple life and we just focus on getting the daily tasks finished. We don’t have a big marketing department, we just focus on the actual work and getting things sent out.
