Global Landmark is situated in Mulund West. You can find us on the 8th floor of Nirmal Ecstacy, specifically in unit 709. We are right on N C Kelkar Road. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is nice when we take a break. We deal with landmarks and property development. It is a lot of planning and looking at maps. The office is usually quiet, except when we have visitors coming in to discuss a new project. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team that focuses on specific developments here in the city. The building is modern, but our internal way of working is pretty relaxed. We do not like using big corporate words to describe what we do. We just look for good spots to build and try to make sure the projects get finished. Mulund is a good place to be based because it is well-connected. We spend our days going through site plans and talking to contractors. There is always some hurdle with permits or materials, but we just work through them. It is about building things that will actually stand for a long time. We have been in this office for a while and it feels like home to the staff. We just keep working on one project at a time and see where things go next.
