Global Confrences & Events

Global Confrences & Events is mostly based out of Link Palace in Jogeshwari West, right there in C-301. It's a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We also have some ties over in New Delhi, so we end up moving back and forth quite a bit between the two cities. Handling conferences means there is always a list of things to do that never seems to get shorter. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building; we're just working out of a regular office space near the station area. It gets loud outside sometimes with the Mumbai traffic, but we manage. Organizing an event takes a lot of coordination. You're always checking on venues or making sure the equipment is arriving on time. We’ve been doing this for a bit, and you learn that things don’t always go exactly to plan, so you just adapt. The Delhi side of things adds another layer to it all. It’s a lot of emails and long days. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just tell people what can be done and try to get it finished. Our spot in Link Palace is where the planning happens. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and gear sometimes, but it works for us. We're just a small team trying to keep all the pieces moving for whatever project is next on the calendar. We keep things pretty straightforward here without any big corporate speeches.
