Ginger Events

Ginger Events is based out of Aa4, 404 in the Shree Complex, which is right there in Khadakpada, Kalyan West. If you know the area, you know the Shree Complex is a pretty recognizable landmark around here. Our office is a bit of a mix of things—half storage for event gear and half workspace where we try to plan out logistics. Kalyan is always buzzing, and Khadakpada has its own special kind of energy with all the shops and people. We spend a lot of our time on our feet, but when we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on calls or sort through vendor lists. It’s not a silent place by any means; there’s always someone talking or moving boxes around. We’ve had this spot for a while now, and it feels like a second home to most of us who work here. We don't have those big leather chairs or a receptionist at the front. It’s more of a place where you walk in and see people actually working on real stuff. The desks are covered in notebooks and samples of things we use for setups. Planning an event takes a lot of boring behind-the-scenes effort that people don't usually see. We just keep our heads down and handle the details one by one. It gets hectic, especially during the wedding season, but we manage. Things can get stressful when deadlines approach, but we just drink some tea and keep going.
