Geopreneur Builders Llp operates out of the same building as our construction side, over in First Avenue, Goregaon. We are up on the 10th floor in room 1001, right by the Inorbit Mall on Mulund Link Road. Being in this part of Mumbai means we’re always around the action. We mostly focus on the building part of the property business. The office is usually a bit chaotic with blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of tiles or fixtures sitting on the desks. We aren't much for corporate polish or fancy titles. Everyone here just does what needs to be done to keep the projects on track. Sometimes the monsoon slows us down, or we have issues with a supplier, but we just deal with it. It’s a local business run by people who actually know how a site works. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of writers. We just use plain English and get to the point. Most of our day is spent making sure the floors are being poured correctly and the windows are arriving on time. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of shouting when things go wrong. But at the end of the day, we’re just builders. We like being in 400064 because it’s where we’ve set down our roots. That’s about it for us. We just keep building and moving forward.
