We've been running Gem Tours Travels for quite a while now. You can find us over at Shyam Ashish Building in Vile Parle West. It's a busy spot, right near the McDonald's, so most people know where that is. We handle a lot of different travel stuff here, whether someone needs a quick flight or is planning a longer trip with the family. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but we stay busy inside. We aren't a big flashy office, just a shop on the ground floor. People usually just walk in and ask about train tickets or holiday packages. It's mostly about getting things sorted so people can get where they need to go without a headache. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, especially during vacation season. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy talk, just looking at brochures and checking dates on the computer. It’s a local business vibe here. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the shops around us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. If you’re coming by, look for Shop No G/A/1. It's easier to find if you just head towards the McDonald's and then look for our sign. We keep regular hours, nothing crazy. Just a bunch of us working on bookings and making sure the paperwork is right for everyone's trips. That's pretty much what we do day in and day out.
