Gem Tours & Travels Ltd

We are located right on the ground floor of the Shyam Ashish Building in Vile Parle West. It’s easy to find us if you’re walking along Lala Lajpatrai Road. Gem Tours & Travels Ltd has been in this particular spot for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent at the desks here, checking travel dates and answering the phone when it rings. It’s a busy area and you can always hear the traffic outside, which is just part of being in this part of the city. Being on the ground floor makes it convenient for people to just pop in and ask a quick question without having to deal with stairs or elevators. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular workplace where we get our things done. We have a few maps on the walls and plenty of files tucked away. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We see the same faces walking past our window every morning on their way to work. It’s a steady kind of life here. We handle a lot of bookings and try to keep everything organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up a bit more than we’d like. It gets quite bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building. We just keep the fans going and stay busy with whatever needs doing next.
