You can find us at Shree Sai Shakti Cooperative Housing Society in Ghatkopar East. We’re in shop 19. It’s a busy little place because we handle two different things. Some people come in for communication stuff like recharges or phone help, and others want to book a trip. It gets cramped sometimes with all the paperwork and people coming in and out. We’ve been part of this society for a good while. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular shop where we keep the fan running and try to get through the daily tasks. We deal with bus tickets and train bookings mostly. Ghatkopar is a busy area, so there’s always someone needing something. We don’t spend money on big ads. Most people just know we’re here by word of mouth. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell customers to wait a bit, but they usually understand. We just try to be helpful and get the job done. It’s a local business run by local people. We know the routes and we know the tech stuff for phones. It’s practical work. We stay open late most days because that’s when people finish work and have time to stop by. That’s pretty much the story of our shop here at Sai Shakti. We aren't trying to be anything big, just helpful to the local community here in Ghatkopar.
