GBR Industries Private Limited is situated out at Gat No. 404 in the Bhare Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive out to Bhare Mulshi from the main Pune city center, but it’s where all the industrial action is. We have our facility there and that's where all the day-to-day manufacturing or processing happens. It’s a dusty place sometimes because of all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial zone. We’ve been operating out of this spot in the 412108 area code for a while. The work is mostly hands-on and involves a lot of machinery and physical labor. It isn't a desk job for most of us. We have a set routine and we try to stick to it so everything stays on track. The guys here know the machines inside out and we just focus on getting the orders out. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months in Pune. We don't really have a front desk with a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in overalls or holding a clipboard. We just do our bit in the local industry chain. It’s not a glamorous life but it's steady. We keep things moving and make sure the factory runs as it should. It’s a regular industrial setup with plenty of work to go around. No fancy logos, just real work happening on the shop floor every day.
