Gb Controls And Services is located right on Ambad Gaon Road, specifically at Patherdiphata. It’s a place that gets quite dusty because of all the vehicles passing by, but it’s home for us. We started out here because it was convenient for the local workshops. The building isn't new, and the stairs creak a bit, but it serves its purpose well. Every morning, we open up the shutters and get things ready for the day. There's always a bit of a rush in the afternoons. We handle controls and various services, mostly stuff that people in the area need for their machines. It's not a glamorous job, but it's steady. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how things are here. We know most of the neighbors, and we often help each other out. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few guys who have been doing this for years. If you ask anyone at Patherdiphata, they can usually point you to our door. We try to keep things simple. No big meetings or long emails, just honest work. The desks are covered in manuals and spare parts most of the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do right by the folks who walk in through the door. It’s a lot of manual labor and checking circuits. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on and keep moving.
