Gaylord Restaurant

Gaylord Restaurant has been sitting here in Chalpeth for quite a long time now. We are located right inside Eliezer House in Virar West. It is just a local spot where people can come when they are hungry and want something that isn't too complicated. We aren't trying to be like those expensive places you find in the middle of the city. It’s just us, the kitchen, and the tables. The Vasai area is where we live and work, and we’ve seen all sorts of people walk through our doors. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the lunch rush gets a little bit out of hand, but that is just part of the business. We focus on the food and making sure nobody leaves hungry. We don't have any big marketing people or anything like that. It’s just the staff here in Thane district doing what we have always done. If you walk down the street in Chalpeth, you can usually smell the cooking. It is a very practical place to eat. We keep things clean and the service is just regular people helping out. No fancy uniforms or long menus here. We have stayed in this same spot at Eliezer House because the locals know us. It’s nice being a small part of the neighborhood. We just take it day by day, serving breakfast or dinner to whoever stops by our little corner of the world.
