Garodia Group

We are located right in the Garodia Shopping Centre over in Ghatkopar East. Our office is at Plot No. 149/156. If you live in Garodia Nagar, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times without thinking much about it. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The shopping center is usually buzzing with people, which we like. It keeps things interesting throughout the day. Most of our work involves managing the properties around here and talking to tenants or people looking to move into the area. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. We aren't a big flashy corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. We are just a local group that knows this specific corner of Ghatkopar very well. Some days are slow and we just chat with the neighbors who stop by, and other days we’re running around trying to get things sorted for a client. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. The area has changed quite a bit since we started, but the vibe in Garodia Nagar stays pretty much the same. People know where to find us if they need something. We try to be helpful when someone walks through the door. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated about it. We just handle things as they come and try to keep everything moving. Most of the time it works out fine.
