Gaming Pit Stop

Our shop, Gaming Pit Stop, is at Shop No 20 in the Netaji Baug CHS in Bhandup West. We are located right opposite Dreamsmalls, so it is a pretty easy place to find if you are in the neighborhood. The shop is full of wires, controllers, and screens. It usually stays a bit dark inside so people can see the games better, which makes it feel like a different world from the hot street outside. We get a lot of younger kids coming in after school, and also some older guys who just want to play for a bit. The consoles sometimes overheat, so we have a couple of extra fans running all the time. It gets pretty loud with all the game sounds and people cheering or complaining when they lose. I spend a lot of my time fixing broken buttons or cleaning out dust from the machines. It is a casual place where nobody cares about being fancy. You might see a few half-empty soda bottles on the counter or some game cases lying around. It is just a fun, slightly messy spot for people who like gaming. We don't have any big corporate rules here. As long as people are playing and the machines are working, we are happy. Bhandup is a busy area, but once you step inside, it is all about the screen and the controller.
