Galaxy Tours & Travels

We have our office at 1 Andheri East, right on the ground floor in Fatima Nagar. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always a lot of noise from the rickshaws and people walking by our window. Galaxy Tours & Travels has been in this spot for a while, and the office is packed with old brochures and stacks of paper. It’s not a big space, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. Being on the ground floor is helpful because we get a lot of walk-ins from people just passing through Fatima Nagar. We usually have the radio on in the background, playing low so we can still hear the phone when it rings. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it’s really humid outside, but it keeps the dust out at least. Most of our work involves looking at flight prices or trying to figure out bus schedules for weekend getaways. It’s a lot of staring at screens and making sure we wrote down the right passport numbers. We don’t do anything flashy here, just sit at our desks and try to get the bookings done before the day ends. The tea stall right outside is where we usually get our afternoon snacks, which is a nice break from the office. It is just us and our computers most of the day.
