Gadiwala Tours Travels Pvt Ltd is located in Shop No 111 of the Phoolwala Building. We are right in the middle of the chaos in Masjid Bunder West on Bazar Road. It is a very crowded area near Bhindi Bazar, so there is always noise and people shouting and trucks unloading. Our shop is inside the Khatija Appartment building. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go and how they are going to get there. It is mostly about booking cars and figuring out trip timings. The office is small but it works for what we need. We have some old maps on the wall and a couple of desks that have seen better days. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than a few people visit at the same time. Being near the busy bazaar means we get a lot of walk-ins who just want to ask a quick question. We do a lot of manual paperwork for every booking. It can get incredibly loud outside with all the vendors, but we do not mind it much anymore. It is just the energy of this part of town. We have been here long enough that all the local shopkeepers know us by name. We just handle the daily grind of travel arrangements. Sometimes things get a bit messy with the vehicle schedules, but we always sort it out.
