G. Varadan Engineering Private Ltd.

G. Varadan Engineering is based at 429 on 9th Main in the N.G.E.F. Layout. This is in the Nagarbhavi area, which is a bit more relaxed than the huge industrial suburbs. We decided to set up our engineering firm here because we like the neighborhood. It is a mix of houses and small businesses. We don't have a massive factory with hundreds of people. Instead, we have a focused setup where we do precision engineering work. This kind of job needs a bit of quiet and a lot of concentration from everyone. Our team is small, but everyone has been doing this for a long time. We have been at this address for several years and we are part of the local community now. We don't go around making big claims about our work. We just take the plans our clients bring in and make sure the parts are made exactly right. The office is very simple with just our desks and some measuring instruments we use. We like the vibe of Nagarbhavi because it has trees and isn't as dusty as the city center. Sometimes clients drop by to talk about a new project and we just sit and have a coffee while looking at the drawings together. There is no corporate pressure here. We just focus on one task at a time and try to do it properly. That is the way we have always worked.
