G R Prakash & Associates

G R Prakash & Associates is based at 12/A on Willington Street, right in the Dhobi Talao area near the Colaba PO. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history in the buildings. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we spend most of our hours. We deal with a lot of paperwork and meetings throughout the week. Being an associates firm, there are usually a few of us around trying to keep everything organized. Willington Street can be a bit narrow and busy, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Dhobi Talao. We aren't the type to put out big banners or shout about what we do. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this address for years. It’s a quiet kind of work, mostly involving a lot of reading and writing. We have piles of files around, and the tea guy comes by every afternoon. That’s pretty much our routine. We don’t really have a corporate vibe. We’re just local people who know our way around the regulations and the paperwork. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the documents, but we manage. Being near the post office is handy for us too. We just keep doing what we do at 12/A, day in and day out. It is a bit dusty sometimes, but we know where everything is.
