G B S Properties

G B S Properties is based out of Office No 107 in the A Wing of Royal S here in Andheri West. If you know the area, we are tucked right behind Infinity Mall. Most days we are just here at the desk or out checking on a flat. The mall traffic gets pretty busy on weekends, so we usually try to get our local errands done early in the morning before the crowds show up. It's a decent spot to work from because everything is close by. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know most of the people around. There isn’t much fancy about our office, just the usual chairs and files you'd expect. Sometimes the lift in the A Wing is a bit slow, but you get used to it. People mostly find us because they are already shopping at Infinity and realize we are just around the corner. It's practical. We handle a lot of different things related to property around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Andheri. We keep the doors open when the weather is okay. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things get done right for the people who come in. If you are walking behind the mall, you'll see our sign. It's nothing too loud or bright, just a standard board.
