You can find us over at Regency Classic, right along the Mumbai Bangalore Highway in Baner. We are up on the eighth level of the Solitaire World building, specifically at S. No. 36/1/1. Being on the eighth floor gives us a pretty clear view of the highway traffic, which never seems to stop no matter what time it is. The office is a busy place because we are always looking into new land development opportunities. We have a lot of maps spread out on the tables and people coming in and out to discuss different plots. It is a bit of a climb up here, but the elevators are fast enough. Baner has changed a lot lately, and being right across from the main landmarks makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't really into the whole polished corporate look. Our space is mostly just shelves full of files and computers that have been running since early morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site managers and land owners. It gets a little hectic when several projects are moving at once, but we manage to keep track of it all. Most of the time, the air conditioner is humming in the background while we go through land records or check on project schedules. It is a straightforward operation where we focus on the practical side of developing land without making a big fuss about it. We just show up and do the work.
