Future Scope Infrastructure Limited Liability Partnership

Our office for Future Scope Infrastructure is in Valencia CHS, specifically B 5 103. It's off Lokhandwala Road, which most people know because it’s near the Sub TV office landmark. It’s a good spot because people can actually find us without getting lost in the side streets. We are an LLP focused on infrastructure. It sounds like a big title, but mostly it’s us sitting around a table figuring out how to get things built. The office is pretty basic. We have some maps on the wall and a lot of box files piled up. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the door knocks, whoever is closest just goes and opens it. Lokhandwala is a busy area, but once you get inside the building, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on various project sites. Infrastructure work takes a lot of patience. There are always delays or things that don't go as planned with the materials. We just take it day by day. We don't have any fancy slogans or corporate stuff. We’re just local people doing a job. The tea stalls nearby are where we spend most of our breaks. It’s a good way to see what’s going on in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s not a perfect office, but it works for us.
