Fudge N Chocolate

Our little spot is located in Bandra West, specifically at Shamim Villa on Sherly Rajan Road. It is an interesting area, right near MIDC 24, and it has that classic Bandra feel where everything is a bit cramped but full of life. We focus on fudge and chocolate, which means the place usually smells like cocoa and melted sugar, even out on the sidewalk. It is not a big factory or a polished boutique. It is more of a home-grown setup inside the villa. We spend most of our days melting, mixing, and cooling things down. The humidity in Bandra can be a real pain when you are working with chocolate, so we are always checking the temperature and making adjustments. We get a mix of people coming through—some who have lived on Sherly Rajan for decades and others who are just passing through the area. We do not do a lot of shouting about what we do. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. It is a bit of a messy job sometimes, and our aprons are never truly clean at the end of the day. We just focus on getting the texture of the fudge right. It is just us here, a small team trying to make something people will enjoy. We like the quiet moments in the afternoon before the evening rush starts. It is a good place to be.
