Our office is tucked away in Building 6 over in Jogeshwari West. It’s right near the MTNL Exchange, so if you know that landmark, you can’t really miss us. We’ve been running Freya Tours & Travels from this spot for a long time. It isn't a flashy travel agency like the ones you see in the mall. We have a couple of old desks, some maps on the wall, and the tea kettle is almost always running. Most days involve us sitting on the phone with airlines or trying to figure out train schedules for people who want to go visit their family back home. Sometimes it gets stressful when a flight is delayed and we have to spend the whole evening fixing things, but we just get on with it. We don't do those fancy group tours where everyone wears the same hat. It’s more about just helping local folks get their tickets and visas sorted out without a lot of trouble. The building is a bit older, so the elevator acts up sometimes, and we just end up taking the stairs. It’s a quiet corner of Jogeshwari mostly, except for when the traffic picks up near the exchange. We like it here because it is close to everything we need. If you drop by, you will probably see one of us buried under a pile of passport copies and printed itineraries.
