Freelancing For Event Companies

We’re located in Rathodi Village, out in Mumbai 400095. Our space is in Bay View, Unit 501. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the area, but it’s a lot quieter than the main parts of the city. We do a lot of freelance work for different event companies. It’s not a traditional office setup where everyone wears suits. Usually, it’s just a few of us in t-shirts working on plans or calling vendors. Since we deal with events, our hours are all over the place. Sometimes the office is empty because we’re all out on-site, and other times we’re here late at night finishing up a project. The village has a nice feel to it, and being at Bay View gives us a bit of a breeze. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. We just try to be reliable and get the job done without making a big scene. It’s a bit chaotic at times, with gear lying around and schedules changing last minute, but that’s just how the event world works. We’ve learned to be flexible. It’s a small, honest operation where we just focus on the next event on the calendar. We don't have fancy titles here, we just do what's needed to make sure things happen as they should for our clients.
