We are based over at Sweet Home Co-Op Housing Society in Gorai No-2. It is a busy spot in Borivali West. Most days involve sitting at the desk at Plot 253, C-9, which is actually part of G.G. Mane’s place. It’s not a fancy office tower or anything like that. Just a regular room where we try to get things done. Mumbai 92 is a crowded area so there is always noise from the street outside. We spend a lot of time talking to young people who want to work on planes. They come in with big dreams and we try to show them how it actually works. The commute here can be a bit of a pain if you are coming from the station, but you get used to the rickshaw rides. The society is quiet enough once you get inside. We have been here for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us making sure the training schedules are kept. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, but we manage. People find us easily because Sweet Home is a well-known landmark around this part of Gorai. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the paperwork for the airhostess courses. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping the tea pot full.
