You can find Fourd Buildspace Private Limited on the 4th floor of Viraj Tower. We’re right along the Western Express Highway in Andheri East, which means we spend a lot of time looking at the traffic below. The office in 401-402 is always a bit noisy, either from the highway or from everyone talking at once. We’re in the middle of Mumbai’s business heart, and it feels like it. We do a lot of building and space management work. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate image. Our office usually has samples of materials lying around and half-finished drawings on the tables. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We don't have a list of core values or fancy slogans. We just try to get the projects finished without too many mistakes. Dealing with the heat and the constant rush of Andheri is just part of our daily life. Sometimes we’re short-staffed or a deadline is breathing down our necks, but we find a way to make it work. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing speak. We just talk to our clients and our workers like normal people. It’s about getting the spaces built and making sure the math adds up. Most of us have been working in Mumbai construction for years, so we’ve seen it all. We don't pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just a group of people working out of a tower in Andheri.
