Fortune Tours & Travels is located at 577A in the Matunga area, very close to Crawford Market. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how busy and crowded it is. There are stalls and shoppers everywhere you look. Our office is a small space tucked away in the middle of all that chaos. We spend our days helping people plan their trips and booking their bus or train tickets. We aren't one of those big travel companies with fancy websites and hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us here in a small room with some old desks and a few maps on the walls. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just talk to people and find out where they need to go. Matunga has a great feel to it, even if the traffic near Crawford Market is a nightmare most of the time. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of the locals who come in just to ask about prices or to see if there are any new routes available. We drink a lot of tea and handle the phone calls as they come in. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. It’s a very simple, local business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just help you get from one place to another.
