Our office is located at 2, Gokul Harmony in Santacruz East. We are right in the Kalina area, situated almost directly opposite the Kalina Market. If you have ever been to the market, you know how crowded and loud it gets. We handle a lot of travel bookings and visa paperwork from this small room. The desk is always covered in passport copies and flight itineraries. It’s a busy spot because everyone in the neighborhood passes by on their way to buy vegetables or groceries. We hear the vegetable sellers shouting all day long, which keeps things lively. The building, Gokul Harmony, is relatively easy to find once you get into the main lane. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we check the computer for the latest rates. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait and talk about the weather. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone with airlines and other agents. We’ve lived and worked in Santacruz for years, so we understand the local routine. In the monsoon, the water sometimes collects right in front of our door, so we have to keep a pile of newspapers handy to dry the floor. It’s not a polished office, just a place where we try to help people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We drink a lot of tea here to keep going.
