Flags Restaurant

Flags Restaurant is located in room number six of Vishwakarma Chawl. It’s in the Shivajinagar area of Asalpha Village in Ghatkopar West. This isn't one of those big malls or fancy high-street places. It’s a small spot right in the middle of a busy residential neighborhood. We’ve been serving the local crowd here for quite some time. The space is tight, and it gets really hot in the kitchen, especially during the lunch rush. You can hear the sounds of the village all around us. We mostly deal with people who live right on this street or the next one over. It’s a simple setup with just enough room to get the cooking done. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping ingredients. Asalpha is a crowded place, so there’s always someone walking past the door. The chawl has its own rhythm, and we’re just part of it. We don’t have a big menu or anything, just what people like to eat every day. Sometimes the power goes out, or the water delivery is late, but that’s just how it is here. We do our best with what we have. It’s a hardworking little place. Most people know us by name. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the kitchen stays running. It’s a local Ghatkopar life.
