We are tucked away in 212, Gokul Indl. Estate, which is part of the Marol Co-Op Industrial Estate in Andheri East. Being on Andheri Kurla Road means we are right in the thick of Mumbai’s industrial heart. It is a very busy place. Every morning, you can see people rushing from the metro or getting stuck in the local traffic. Our building, Gokul, is a typical industrial structure. It’s not particularly new or shiny. Fitco Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a good while. The hallways are often filled with boxes, and you can hear the sound of machines or tools from the neighboring units. It’s a noisy environment, but we’ve grown used to it. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just workstations and a small area for meetings that usually involve a lot of tea and blueprints. The air is often thick with the smell of grease or metal, which is common for an engineering firm. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of us are dressed for work, not for show. Marol is a tough place to navigate, especially during the monsoon when the roads get flooded, but we still show up every day. We just focus on the technical stuff and try to keep our clients happy without any big fuss. It’s just a regular Mumbai workspace for us.
