Firstsourse Bpo

We are located over at Ganesh Nagar on Church Road in the Manpada area of Thane West. It’s a busy spot, especially when the schools let out and the traffic starts backing up towards the main junction. Our office is in Room No 1910. It is not some fancy corporate park with a big lobby and security guards at every corner. It’s just a regular room where we get our work done every day. Firstsourse Bpo has been operating from here for a bit now. Most of us walk from the nearby bus stop or take a share-auto if the sun is too hot. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors sometimes, and the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound if it’s on the highest setting. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't usually see. Usually, the morning starts with making tea and opening the windows to get some air in, though the dust from Church Road comes in too. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the room number and the name on the door. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most people in the building know us as the group that stays late. It’s just how it is in this part of Thane. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing here, it’s mostly just jeans and keeping things moving so we can get home on time. I think we’ve been here for about five years now.
