You can find us at Firstsource Solutions Ltd. Mumbai, located in the Manali Building. We are in unit A-2 / 16 in Evershine Nagar, which is right along the busy Link Road in Malad West. This part of Mumbai 64 is always full of traffic and people, so it can be quite a challenge just getting to the office in the morning. Once you are inside the building, things are a bit more focused. We have a large space filled with rows of desks and people working on their computers. It is a high-energy environment because there is always something that needs to be done. We don't have any of the fancy perks you see in modern tech offices, like game rooms or fancy cafes. We just have our chairs, our headsets, and our coffee mugs. Lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the many food stalls around Evershine Nagar, which is one of the better parts of working here. The office itself is functional and a little bit loud, but that is just the nature of the work we do. We don't try to make the place look more corporate than it needs to be. It is a practical workspace for practical people. We just come in, do our shifts, and head back out into the Malad traffic. It is a regular, daily grind in a very busy part of the city, and we just keep moving forward.
