It is part of the Kapole Society on V.L. Mehta Road. This area is usually buzzing with people and cars, especially since it is so close to the heart of Juhu. The building is older but well-kept, and our floor is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out throughout the day. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything; it is just a professional space where we handle property matters. Being in Juhu means we are around a lot of other businesses and residences, so there is never a dull moment. The walk from the main road to the society gate is short, but you have to watch out for the traffic. Inside Mehta House, things are a bit quieter. We have our files organized and our desks set up for the long days we put in. It is a comfortable enough spot for us to focus on our development projects. We chose this location because it is central for a lot of the work we do. It is not about being flashy; it is about having a solid base to work from in a part of the city that everyone knows.
