We are based in Christine D'Souza House, which is located in Kondivita Village. This is right in the middle of the MIDC area in Andheri, Mumbai. It is an interesting spot because you have the big industrial buildings on one side and the old village houses on the other. Our office is inside one of those houses. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel corporate headquarters. It’s an older building with a bit of character and maybe a few cracks in the walls. The lanes around here are quite narrow, and it can be a bit of a squeeze when a big truck is trying to pass through. Inside, the space is divided into a few small rooms where we have our computers and files. You can often hear the planes taking off because we are so close to the airport. It’s a busy environment with a lot of people moving around outside. We don’t have a fancy canteen; we just get our snacks from the local stalls nearby. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and various bits of equipment, but we know where everything is. We aren't interested in looking like a high-tech startup. We are just here to do our jobs in a place that has been part of the community for a long time. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s a real place with real people working hard every day.
