If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in House Number 7 within the Sarawala Compound. This is in Mahim, specifically on Balamia Lane in Mumbai. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but it’s where we do all our work for Fcm Travel Solutions. The compound is usually full of activity, with people moving goods and neighbors chatting. Our office isn’t huge. We have just enough room for the computers and a few stacks of paper that never seem to go away. Mahim is a lively area, and being near the lane means we hear everything going on outside. We spend our days staring at screens and trying to find the right routes for people. It’s not glamorous work, and sometimes the internet goes out when it rains too hard. We have some old posters on the wall and a clock that’s five minutes fast. We don't really bother fixing it though. People come in and out all day, mostly locals or folks who heard about us from someone else in the area. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails. It’s a lot of clicking and typing. The desks are a bit scratched up, and we keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when things get too busy to go out for lunch. It’s just a normal workplace in a busy Mumbai neighborhood. We just try to get the travel dates right for everyone.
