Favourite Travel Agency is situated on S V Road in Jogeshwari West. We are specifically at the 4th Cross on 15th Main, quite close to the bus depot. Being near the depot is great because there are always people around looking for ways to get from one place to another. Our shop is small and simple, with a few desks and some old travel posters pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking up flights and train schedules for folks who aren't quite sure how to do it themselves. It’s a busy road, so there is always the sound of horns and buses passing by. We’ve been here in Jogeshwari for years and have seen a lot of people head off on their holidays or business trips. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge with coffee machines. Usually, people just pull up a plastic chair and tell us where they want to go. We keep a stack of brochures on the table, though they get a bit dusty sometimes. It’s a very hands-on job, and we enjoy hearing about the places people visit. We just try to be helpful and get the tickets printed out without any drama. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the daily bustle on S V Road. It keeps us connected to the neighborhood.
