Fatima Tour & Travels

Our small office is located in Mhada Colony, specifically at 1/4004 in Bimdisar, Goregaon East. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, but we stay busy with people coming in to ask about trips. We mostly help out people in the colony and the surrounding areas when they want to travel somewhere. It’s not a big corporate setup with dozens of staff members. It’s just us sitting at the desks, looking through the various travel options and helping with the paperwork for visas or tickets. A lot of the time, we are just explaining how things work to people who haven't traveled much before. The office is small, with just enough room for a few chairs and our computers. We’ve got posters of different places on the walls, mostly just to make it look a bit more like a travel shop. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just take it one person at a time. We don't do much advertising; most of our customers are just neighbors or people who heard about us from a friend. It’s a decent way to spend the day, hearing about where people want to go and trying to help them get there. We’ve been here in Goregaon for a while now and we like being part of the local community. It’s practical work and we just do our best to get the details right for the travelers.
