We operate out of Parwati House, number 1, over in the Juhu Sakinaka area. It’s a spot that stays busy most of the time. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like desks, a few computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re usually too busy with bookings. People come to us when they need to get somewhere fast or have a complicated trip to figure out. It’s not always easy, especially when flights are delayed or roads are closed. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to sort out the logistics. The atmosphere here is a bit hectic, but we’re used to it. Parwati House is a known spot in the neighborhood, so we get a lot of locals dropping in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and hope people are happy with their plans. Sometimes we drink too much tea while waiting for systems to update. It’s just a normal day for us. We’ve been around Sakinaka for a while and know the shortcuts and the best ways to get things done. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just run a travel desk and try to keep things moving for everyone. It gets a bit loud and messy, but that’s the way we like it.
