Faraway Tours & Travels

Faraway Tours & Travels is located at 208 Chunabhatti Main Road, inside Hira Mahal. We are very close to the Wadala Railway Station, which makes it easy for people to drop by after they get off the train. We have been here for a good number of years now. The office is on the main road, so there is always the sound of buses and cars passing by. We handle all sorts of travel bookings, from local trips to overseas tours. It’s just a few of us working here, sitting at our desks and talking to customers. Some days are very quiet and we just catch up on filing, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. We don't have a fancy website with bells and whistles. Most of our people come to us because they live nearby or their friends told them about us. We try to be helpful and honest about what a trip will be like. Sometimes we have to tell people a hotel is full or a flight is too expensive, which isn't fun, but we'd rather be straight with them. Hira Mahal is an old building, and we've gotten to know all the other tenants over the years. We often go out for a quick tea at the stall near the station. It's a very normal, local way of doing business. We enjoy hearing stories from people when they come back from their holidays. It makes the work feel worthwhile.
