We are quite close to the DCB Bank, which makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. The shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We do a lot of event-related work around Thane. Most days, we are just busy coordinating with different people or checking on our equipment. The back of the shop is usually full of stuff we need for setups. Shanti Nagar is a very lively area, so there is always noise from the street and people walking by. We don't really have a polished front office. It’s more of a working space where things happen. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty from the gear coming and going. We have been here for some time and most of the other shopkeepers around Rashmi Park know us by name. We don't bother with big marketing plans or fancy presentations. People usually just come in because someone told them about us. We tell them what we can do and what the cost will be. It’s all very straightforward. We have a small crew that helps out when things get busy. It’s a local business and we just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks we have.
