Fancy Glass Centre

Fancy Glass Centre has been a part of Chembur Naka for a long time. You can find us right at the junction, just next to Tele Marg and the big Telephone Exchange building. It is a spot most people in Chembur East know well. We deal with all sorts of glass work for houses and shops around here. If you walk past, you will see us cutting glass or moving pieces around. It is a bit of a dusty job sometimes but that is just how it goes with this kind of work. We aren't a big corporation, just a local shop where we know our customers by name. Sometimes the traffic at the junction makes it hard to load the trucks, but we manage somehow. The shop isn't very large but we keep a lot of stock tucked away in the back. People come to us when they break a window or need a mirror for their bathroom. We just give them a price and tell them when it will be ready. There are no fancy brochures or salespeople here, just us and the glass. We’ve been at this location for years and have seen the neighborhood grow. It stays busy from morning until evening because of the location near the exchange. We just focus on getting the glass cut to the right size so it fits wherever it is supposed to go. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the community here in Chembur.
