We are located at Shop No 11 in the Premsons Shopping Centre, which is part of the Tahira Compound on Caves Road in Jogeshwari. It’s right across from the Jain Mandir. The shopping center is a busy place with all sorts of small businesses tucked away in different corners. We’ve been here for a while now, helping people figure out their travel plans. Our office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We have maps and calendars pinned to the walls. It isn’t a fancy travel lounge with free coffee. It’s just a place where we get things booked. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. Caves Road is always active, especially with the temple right there. We see a lot of people passing by every day. Some people just pop in to ask a quick question about a bus or a train. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us running the shop. We know the local area well and the people who live around here. We just try to be honest about what’s available and what isn’t. It’s a straightforward business. If you are near the Jain Mandir, you can’t miss the Premsons building. Come in and say hello if you’re passing. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work.
