Faaiz Travel

Faaiz Travel is based out of Malad West, specifically in the New Collector Compound at 35/102. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening in the streets around us. We’ve been here for a while, helping people with their travel plans and booking tickets. It’s a small office, mostly just a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks where we jot down details. The walls are a bit plain, but we have some maps up so we can show people where they are going. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask about train timings or bus routes. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing team, we just talk to people and help them get where they need to go. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic, but that’s just part of the job. Malad is a lively place to be, and being in the compound means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just travel work, making sure dates are right and names are spelled correctly so nobody gets stuck at a station or airport. We’ve learned over time that being direct and honest is the best way to handle things. It isn't a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the local community here in Malad.
