Excellenza Infracon Private Limited

Our office is Excellenza Infracon Private Limited and we are located in Andheri West, specifically at 802 on the 8th floor of the Lotus Trade Centre on New Link Road. Being up on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We work on infrastructure and construction projects across Mumbai City. It is a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go according to plan and other times we are just figuring it out as we go. We aren’t a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group of people working out of this space. The New Link Road area is always humming with activity, which suits us just fine. We have been here for a bit now, handling the daily challenges that come with building things in a place as crowded as this. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site reports. We don't have a big reception area or anything too formal. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at the sites checking on the progress of the work. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have taken on and keep moving forward with the next thing on the list. There is always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs adjusting, but that is the nature of the business.
