Our office is situated in the Bellona Building, room B/102, which is on the 90 Feet Road in Pant Nagar. Being in Ghatkopar East means we are right in the middle of a very lively part of Mumbai. Excel Infra Construction is where we manage all our local infrastructure and building work. The 90 Feet Road is always packed with people and cars, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us trying to stay organized with all the different projects we have going on across Maharashtra. We don't go for any of that corporate talk or big promises. We just look at the plans, hire the workers, and get the construction started. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything because space is so tight and the rules are always changing, so we spend a lot of time just figuring out the logistics. Our team is a mix of people who have been in the construction game for a long time. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the wall. We just have a calendar and a lot of lists of things that need to get done. Dealing with the heat and the rain in Mumbai makes the work challenging, but we just keep at it. People know us as a straightforward shop where you can get a real answer about how a project is coming along.
