Eventus Integrated Mgmt Pvt Ltd is over in Borivali West, specifically at 203/204 in the Sadbhavana Apartment building. We are right near Su Vidyalay High School on Eksar Road. If you are around here when school lets out, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the kids and rickshaws everywhere. Our office is on the second floor. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. Inside, the space is divided into a few rooms that are usually quite cluttered. We have posters from old projects and stacks of paperwork everywhere. It’s a busy place. Being in Mumbai, space is always tight, so we are all sitting pretty close to each other. You can hear everything that’s going on. We get a decent breeze from the window sometimes, but usually, it’s just the sound of the fans humming. Sadbhavana Apartment is an older building, so it has that lived-in feeling. We know the security guard and the people in the neighboring units. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see everyone working at their computers. Eksar Road is a good spot to be in, even with the traffic. We’ve been here for a good while and it feels like home to us now.
