Our small office is tucked away in Thakur Village over at Evershine. If you know Kandivli East at all, you know it’s a busy spot with lots of families and shops around. We’ve been handling tours and travel stuff from this room for a good while now. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking up flight prices or hotel deals on the computer. Sometimes the internet is slow and it gets a bit frustrating, but we manage to get things done. We handle a lot of people looking to go to Europe or just wanting a quick trip somewhere closer. It’s a lot of checking dates and making sure names are spelled right on tickets. It gets pretty hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. The office has maps pinned up and stacks of brochures that we try to keep neat, though it doesn't always stay that way. We aren't a big corporate chain or anything, just a local team that knows how to navigate the booking systems. Most of our regulars live right here in the village or nearby in Mumbai. We try to be straightforward about what things cost and which hotels are actually decent based on what people tell us. It’s a decent living and we like talking to people about where they want to go. The D.O.B part on our mailing address always looks a bit weird, but we just ignore it.
