So, Eta Star Property Developers is based out of Sony House, specifically units 601 and 602. If you’re heading from Vile Parle West down towards the Uttrahalli to Kengeri Main Road, you’ll find us right there. We are situated above the Talwalkar Gymnasium. Sometimes you can hear the weights dropping or the music from the gym classes while we’re trying to look over floor plans, which is a bit funny but you get used to it. The location is quite practical for us because we deal with properties across these specific areas. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. Our office is more of a workspace than a showroom. We have stacks of files and maps everywhere because there’s always a lot of small details to track with property development. Moving between the Vile Parle side and the Kengeri road keeps us on our toes quite a bit. It’s a lot of driving back and forth to check on sites or meet with people at different stages of building. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate image. We’d rather just talk about the actual building work and the timelines. It’s a hands-on kind of business. The team here knows the local streets and the regulations pretty well by now. We spend our mornings getting through the paperwork and the afternoons out on the road. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but that’s just how it is.
