Essel Infra Porject Ltd ( Esselworld) Part Of Zee Group

We are part of the Essel Infra Project under the Zee Group, and our office is located at A/006, Shiv Parvati C.H.S.L. on Chincholi Bunder Road in Malad West. This is right near the busy Link Road, so there is always a lot of noise and energy outside. Even though we are part of a larger group, this office feels like a local Malad spot. We handle different aspects of infrastructure projects from this ground-floor space. It’s a standard Mumbai housing society building, so we interact with the neighbors and the local shopkeepers every day. The work involves a lot of technical details and coordination between different sites. We have maps and charts on the walls and plenty of files stacked on the desks. It isn't a corporate showroom; it's where the actual planning and paperwork happen. Sometimes the office gets crowded when site engineers come in for meetings, but usually, it’s just our regular staff keeping things moving. The location is convenient because we are close to everything in Malad West, from the malls to the industrial estates. We don't put on airs or use a lot of fancy language about what we do. It’s about building things and making sure the projects stay on schedule. We’ve been at Chincholi Bunder for a while and have seen the area transform with the new metro and all the construction.
