Essel Group (Playwin)

You’ll find us at the Essel Group office, specifically the Playwin division, located in Malad East. We are in Krishna Height, room 401-A, in the Upper Govind Nagar area. It’s a pretty decent spot in Mumbai, not too far from the highway. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. Our work is mainly about the gaming and lottery side of things, but our day-to-day is actually quite ordinary. We sit at our desks, manage the systems, and make sure the draws are running like they should. Krishna Height is a familiar landmark for people living around Malad. The office itself is just a regular workspace. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts with beanbags or anything. It’s just chairs, tables, and files. We like to keep things quiet and focused. Most of us have been here for years, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't talk much about visions or strategies in a loud way; we just make sure the tickets and results are handled properly. Dealing with the public and the retailers keeps us busy enough. Upper Govind Nagar is a bit crowded during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. It’s just a regular group of people working a regular job in Malad. No more, no less. We just focus on the daily numbers and hope everything runs smoothly.
